Inn's sparkling bonfire gift to village school

Children at a village school in Gloucestershire are to benefit from a Guy Fawkes party staged by the Inn at Fossebridge.

The inn is to hold a fireworks night event on 6 November, and has pledged to make a donation to the primary school at nearby Chedworth.

Inn owner Robert Jenkins said:"It is a wonderful village school and we are delighted to give money for their funds".

The inn's team will be selling burgers, hot dogs and toffee apples. Attendance at the party will be free.

The Inn at Fossebridge is a 300 years old coaching inn, purchased three years ago and now fully refurbished.
