The Inn at Fossebridge Stages a Wedding Showcase Day

Tomorrow's brides and grooms attended a special wedding showcase day at the renowned Inn at Fossebridge to view the facilities and beautiful grounds. It has been fully refurbished over the last four years and is a very special venue for a wedding reception, either inside the Inn or a marquee event in the grounds. The Inn also holds a licence to perform civil ceremonies.

The Garden Room was set out for a civil ceremony and the adjoining suite demonstrated a wedding breakfast with tables laid in different styles from classic to contemporary, complete with a wedding cake.

Samantha Jenkins, daughter of Inn owner Robert Jenkins, hosted the event which included tours of the Inn, its Four Poster Bridal Suite and seven luxurious bedrooms, Lakeside Cottage that sleeps 10, and a walk around the four acres of ground, with a lake and a section of the River Coln. There were also the Inn's preferred suppliers on hand to offer advice on marquees, photography, flowers, cakes and each guest received a comprehensive wedding portfolio.

Samantha Jenkins said: "It was the first time we have held a wedding showcase event at The Inn and we were absolutely delighted with the interest and success of the day.
