We've used local stone, local tradesmen and suppliers to restore The Inn at Fossebridge to its famous - some say infamous - days of the past as a coaching inn... now with beautiful bedrooms, magnificent grounds, and excellent food.
That's why we have chosen lamb as our signature dish. Because sheep have long been at the heart of the Cotswolds.
Our lamb is from the rack; divided into four succulent chops and placed upon our own very special root vegetable mash, and accompanied by broccoli and cheese bake, plus a delightful rosemary and redcurrant sauce.
